2 years agoPlease cancel my Heartify App today 18/12/2021 purchased one day ago via the App Store on 17/12/2021 in Australia. I did not know that after the 3 day free trial, I would be automatically charged for weekly, monthly or annual subscriptions without being able to opt out. That was not stated in the original info in the App. I tried to cancel the trail and subscriptions on Day 1 but was unable to via your appโฆ the option to opt out was impossible to do following your own instructions. I also wrote to The App Store via Apple on Day 1 to complain that the option to opt out was not available to me during the 3 day trial. Please cancel my subscription as of 18/12/2021 and return any monies that you may have taken from my Apple account. Regards Christine OโLoughlin

3 years agoVERY misleading information before purchasing this app as it portrayed the app to be able to obtain your BP which it does not! I immediately emailed them and have not gotten a response. I followed up again by emailing their Contact Support email address and again am being ignored. I will open a case with the Better Business Bureau and also Apple to try and get my $79 back. This company is taking advantage of people!!
