7 months agoI downloaded your app and then decided I didn’t really want it. I deleted it from my iPhone but it is still showing in iCloud. Following online info, I was not even able to find it in either iCloud or under subscriptions in settings, which is understandable since it is a free trial and I cancelled it right away. How do I insure I won’t be automatically subscribed to it if it’s still showing on my app page in the iCloud? Any help would be appreciated. I also sent a email. Please delete my account. Thank you.

1 year agoThis app does not read stones accurately. A sapphire was id by this app as tanzanite then valued at 42.00 Please refund the fee charged for using this app. Dissatisfied customer expects a full refund.

1 year agoJust found out that I was charged for this app that I used once as a free trial and then deleted the app from my phone (I thought). It identified my pillow as a gemstone! Not kidding. I want it deleted now and would appreciate a refund. Please advise. There is nowhere to cancel or delete it that I can find. .
