Note before cancelling:
- The developer of Pro-Mote is Ralf Niedling and all inquiries go to them.
- Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.
🌐 Cancel directly via Pro-Mote
- Mail Pro-Mote requesting that they cancel your account:
- Login to your Pro-Mote account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
End Pro-Mote subscription on iPhone/iPad:
- Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
- Click Pro-Mote (subscription) » Cancel
Cancel subscription on Android:
- Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
- Click on Pro-Mote
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
💳 Cancel Pro-Mote on Paypal:
- Goto Paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "Pro-Mote" or "Ralf Niedling" to cancel.

About Pro-Mote?
1. Using Pro-Mote, you can control multiple GoPro cameras, while getting all the important information about the status of the camera.
2. While you can control every camera on its own, the real power of Pro-Mote comes from the main toolbar.
3. Pro-Mote will show you an indicator when the microphone adapter or the Media Mod is connected and when an external microphone is connected to them.
4. When your camera is connected, you can see the status of the recording, even if you have started it directly with the button on the camera.
5. Using the button of the main toolbar you control all cameras at once.
