1 year agoTrying to unsubscribe I paid for a month and I haven’t been able to use it I’ve injured my back more at work and won’t be using it for awhile. It’s not showing up in my subscriptions on my iPhone.

1 year agoHello. I cancelled it last week because I am scheduling for shoulder surgery. Now I just got notifications that zing had took $29 from my bank account. I looked up subscription on my iPhone. Zing app is not there but still taking my money. Please refund if possible. I’ll rejoin once I get better thank you
