Things to note before removing Treecard:
- The developer of Treecard is TreeCard and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of TreeCard to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like TreeCard to delete all your data it holds. TreeCard must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that TreeCard deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone š±
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Treecard: Walking Step Tracker until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Treecard: Walking Step Tracker app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Treecard: Walking Step Tracker, » then click "Uninstall".

10 months agoHello, I am trying to delete my account from TC Card and I cannot find how to do it and I keep getting insufficient funds fee from my bank when I donāt even remember subscribing. Please cancel my subscription. And send a subscription cancellation confirmation at the above email

10 months agoPlease cancel my membership and stop withdrawing $10.00 from my account each month. I canceled the account and feel that this should have also stopped funds from being withdrawn from my account.
