1 year agoI can’t cancel my subscription. I get charged every month and I don’t want the app anymore. My phone says the subscription does not exist. I cannot cancel it in the app or in Apple ID.

1 year agoI tried cancelling my free trial for Quinn yesterday and today and when I click ” cancel trial “ in both settings and the Apple Store - it doesn’t load.

3 years agoThey are charging my credit card $4.99/month, but I can't find a way to cancel subscription, and it's not on my APP on my phone. The will not reply to my emails, and say my email is not registered with them. Very frustrating. HELP!
