1 year agoI tried to update my payment information and replace my monthly subscription with lifetime subscription. But the problem is, when I finally succeeded in updating my payment information and purchasing lifetime subscription, I found that the monthly subscription payment was automatically transacted. How can I keep my newly bought lifetime subscription and cancel the previous monthly subscription? I do not want to pay double.
