3 months agoI have sent THREE requests to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR to renewal date yet today the charge was put thru and I was CHARGED!!! If I do not get my funds back TODAY, I will due Angel Studios for damages and REPORT YOU TO THE FTC and all FEDERAL agencies! I was a victim of COMPLETE IDENTITY FRAUD and have POLICE REPORTS, SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE of ATTORNEY GENERAL REPORTS (filed 11/13/2024) as well as CREDIT BUREAU freezes to back up the incidents. I have had NO MONEY since early October and still ANGEL STUDIOS processed my renewal today for $20.00. You have Stolen my food money!!!!!!! IMMEDIATE REFUND US DEMANDED TODAY 11/24/2024, not in 5-10 business days!!! I am 77 years old, on Oxygen 24/7, 100% DISABLED and NEED MY MONEY RETURNED. If I do not get my funds back TODAY, I will due Angel Studios for damages and REPORT YOU TO THE FTC and all FEDERAL agencies! Susanne M Moeser Shepardson

1 year agoI can't seem to cancel my subscription as it won't sign me in or send me a new password. please help me cancel my subscription. I did not sign up on my phone, I used my home computer and TV. Sadly I can no longer afford to support.

1 year agoI was billed in error for recurring payment on transaction date, July 7,2023, for $105. It was one time donation. Need to talk to a agent. Phone number is needed.
