Things to note before removing DIME:
- The developer of DIME is DIME Beauty Co. LLC and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of DIME Beauty Co. LLC to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like DIME Beauty Co. LLC to delete all your data it holds. DIME Beauty Co. LLC must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that DIME Beauty Co. LLC deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold DIME® until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the DIME® app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose DIME®, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoWhy is it so difficult to find a phone number for Dime so that I can talk to a live person? Why all the cloak and dagger? I ordered product on 11/08 and have not received any information on shipping nor deliver date. What is going on? Order number 3218809. You have my money but I do not have the product I paid for nor any information on it. Please inform. Jan Lakes
