Deleting from Smartphone 📱
1. • Users who are currently enrolled in Cal Coast Digital Banking must re-enroll and create a new password following password policies.
2. • Each membership name type (primary, joint, loan joint, etc.) will now be able to enroll into Digital Banking with their own username and password.
3. • Users will now be able to enroll into Cal Coast Digital Banking directly through the Mobile Application.
4. To sign into mobile banking, use your California Coast Credit Union username and password.
5. • Send money using an email address or mobile phone number with the free person to person payment service (PayItNow).
6. • New “Refer a Friend” feature, allowing users to turn referrals (by text, email, or social media) into cash.
7. • Sign in using FaceID or your fingerprint (must have a Touch ID-capable device running iOS 8 or later).
8. ◦ Business Banking and Fiduciary accounts will have separate logins.
9. • View and earn Cal Coast Loyalty Rewards points.
10. • Transfer funds between Cal Coast accounts and loans.
11. If you are not a member, apply now using the app or call us at 858-495-1600 or 877-496-1600.
12. • Use Quick Balance to view account balances without signing into the app.
13. • Find a nearby ATM, branch, or CU Service Center (shared branch).
14. • Add new payees and pay bills from your checking account(s).
