3 years agoOn the 14 of September we received an email from Yellow Pages Consultant. The email was a response with regards to a query I laid with Telkom Trudo (Re. 28966197) about yellow pages billing we know nothing about. According to the email one of our employees, on the 8 February 2021, had authorised the Internet Yellow Pages to bill on the Telkom account. However, when listening to the recording it’s not clear that we are going to be charged the fee of R695 and that Gale agreed to it. In addition no one from yellow pages did do follow up confirming the transaction. The other thing is that on receiving the first billing, we got puzzled and I phoned Telkom to ascertain what was the billing for, they directed me to contact you – I tried calling but the prompt message answered my call and advised me to send an email ( to: 'johannesburg@redacted') as everyone is working from home, which I did and never received any reply. We (me and My boss) also replied to their mail sent on the 14th we never received any reply. We would like to get a reply to advise us what is the way forward - our fax is still disconnected. We would also like to mansion that we believe that we consider their method of acquiring business is unethical on the basis after listening to the recording. Thanks and regards Grantina
