2 years agoI want to CANCEL my WHITE PAGES PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. I have tried SEVERAL TIMES to CANCEL my membership on their website, without any success. Their system REFUSES to accept my CANCELLATION REQUEST. I have attempted to FAX them my request, only to find the fax numbers online are not operational -- no surprise. I have made a legitimate attempt, SEVERAL legitimate attempts, to notify White Pages of my CANCELLATION RUEQEST, including informing them I will not be responsible for any additional charges or fees. I know whatever I have done will get ignored and I will be charged again. !@#$!
