3 years agoWould like to cancel subscription we didn't realise we had. We assume it's Fox Sport. Payment has come out of our visa account through Thrivepayme my.com 34900803067. This is what shows on our visa statement. We live in New Zealand. Can't find app to cancel subscription that we have never used.

3 years agoI have been trying for 2 weeks now to delete Fox footy from my Foxtel package. I cannot believe that I have left messages for someone to call me ( due to the horrendous WAIT time) I am wasting money every day that it is not removed. If someone doesn’t call me on 0407803344 I definitely will be cancelling everything to do with Telstra. Normally I have rung on 131999, and although I have waited far too long for a reply on this number, I have eventually got to speak to someone. Now I feel that you do not care one bit about your long term customers.
