1 year agoI no longer wish to receive emails from The Weather Channel. I do not have a subscription so please remove me from your mailing list. I am getting very frustrated that I do not just have the option to just unsubscribe from receiving future emails. I still want The Weather Channel App but will remove the app if that is the only way to stop getting future emails. Please note that I initially requested this be done through the on-line Chat option but was sent a form to complete that included my credit card information. What is that all about? Please, Please stop sending me emails immediately and email me a confirmation that this request was processed. Thank you Janice Purcelly

2 years agoI signed up for weather channel app on my smart tv, had me do it from a website. But I am unable to use it it only loads up to a black screen and never works. As such I need it cancelled before trial ends and I get charged.
