- The developer of SNCF Connect is OUI.sncf and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of OUI.sncf to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like OUI.sncf to delete all your data it holds. OUI.sncf must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that OUI.sncf deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold SNCF Connect: Trains & routes until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the SNCF Connect: Trains & routes app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose SNCF Connect: Trains & routes, » then click "Uninstall".

3 months agoHi there, I hope I'll get answer. I already have an SNCF-Connect account with a gmail mail address. Last week I booked tickets for a trip, unfortunately with an Apple mail address (.me). Now these trips are not in the first account and creating a second account with the Apple address fails. Can my trips (Rotterdam-Agen v.v.) be put in the first (gmail) account? Many thanks.
