Things to note before removing Mind Mapping:
- The developer of Mind Mapping is MeisterLabs and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of MeisterLabs to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like MeisterLabs to delete all your data it holds. MeisterLabs must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that MeisterLabs deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Mind Mapping - MindMeister until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Mind Mapping - MindMeister app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Mind Mapping - MindMeister, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoI need to unsubscribe from Mindmeister and do not know how to do so. Please tell me how to do so, so that I do not have any more charges on my credit card.

3. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.
4. You can try the “Personal” plan free for 1 week after signing up! If you enjoy your “Personal” trial, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue as an auto-renewing month-to-month subscription.
5. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings on the device.
6. If you subscribe via iTunes: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
7. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
