- Mail PREP（プレップ） requesting that they cancel your account:
- E-Mail: customer-service1@rcsc.co.jp
- Login to your PREP（プレップ） account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
End PREP（プレップ） subscription on iPhone/iPad:
- Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
- Click PREP（プレップ） (subscription) » Cancel

- Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
- Click on PREP（プレップ） - 総合防災アプリ
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "PREP（プレップ）" or "RC Solution Co." to cancel.
Subscription Costs (Saved) 💰
- Premium Plan: ¥120/month
- Family Plan (up to 6 people): ¥360/month
First-time purchasers of the Premium Plan can try it for free for one month. After the free trial period, it can be used for ¥120/month. The Premium Plan and Family Plan use the Auto Renewable Subscription function. The payment for automatic renewal will be made within 24 hours after the expiration of the validity period.

1. Team (Family Plan only)
You can create a team with people who live at the same address. Up to six people, including the team leader, can participate. Share your list of evacuation locations and disaster prevention supplies with your team. In the event of a disaster, you can let your team know about your safety (can also be linked to J-anpi).
2. Super-fast push notifications
For paid plan users, disaster information is delivered quickly and with priority. Please note that it may take a few seconds for the notification to arrive depending on the communication status of your device.
3. Display of up to 50 recent earthquakes
In the free version, only the 10 most recent earthquakes are displayed, but in the paid version, up to 50 can be displayed.
4. Multiple location settings
In the paid plan, you can register up to three locations. The priority of notifications is as follows: current location, location A, location B, location C.
5. Ad-free
In the paid plan, ads are not displayed, making it more comfortable to use.
