PLEASE CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY AND ISSUE MY REFUND. If you are able to access my history using this app, you will see that I have not accessed this service. Since there is not contact information (phone or email address) I am using this form to request your assistance. Thank you
