- Login to your SHAPE account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

3 years agoI keep on getting shape magazine in mail. I never ordered it and I don't want it. I don't read magazines . Please take me off your list. I don't want to see it in my mail box again or I will report you. Please stop sending .. I JUST LEAVE THEM IN THE RECYCLE without my name on it .Today got another one.. WELL RECYCLE IT GOES... AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 years agoCANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION immediately and delete my account. I DID NOT ever sign up for this magazine. I did NOT give you my information or subscribe through a 3rd party. 3 years agoI've tried unsubscribing to SHAPE magazine via email, website, phone calls, etc. I never wanted this magazine yet I get bills in the mail now saying I owe money because they sent it to me?! No way! Help me get off this magazine subscription, please!

3 years agoI have been receiving SHAPE magazine and I DO NOT WANT IT. I may have ordered it, but I don't recall when or how. So what do I do. Every time it shows up I am livid. If I don't know how it was ordered, how do I make it stop? And what charges should I look for on my credit card? What would it be under? Shape? Meredith? Thank you, Jo Marengo
