I became disabled and had to close my business. I no longer need your services. It was automatically renewed on Nov. 5th 2021 on my Capital One credit card ending in 0549. I disputed the charges with my credit card company because I wasn't able to talk to anyone after three or four attempts. The business was Northern McHenry Chiropractic located at 2604 W. Backup seems to be underway although not scheduled until tonight. Getting message at bottom of screen saying "preparing file list..." When I click on stop button nothing happens. Can I stop the backup somehow or is this just part of the original setup?
