1 month agoI have been trying to cancel my account with LightInTheBox for nearly 12 months and they have not cancelled. I have tried several different ways but nothing works. Their popups appear on my computer all the time and I do not want this rubbish.

1 year agoI want to unsubscribe my light in the box advertisement on my computer. It has completely dominated my Microsoft Edge app. costing me a lot of monetary loss in my business. I did not subscribe to the advertisement app of light in the box. I ordered one item and then all of the sudden my Microsoft Edge App is bombarded by a lot of light in the box adds. If these advertisement is not deleted I will retain a lawyer in Washington where your main office is located and sue the company for harassment and all the legal cost incurred. I live in Canada and has to stay in the U.S. for the duration of the trial.

4 years agoI was cheated!! Money got deducted out of my account the same amount of an order that i had already paid then cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund! So they owe me and they still took money out of my account! Basically i paid twice for a cancelled order!!
