10 months agoI was charged for a subscription extension I previously had notified the Chronicle that I did not want. After being charged $15.96 I was finally reimbursed; but only $7.18. That is NOT the full reimbursement I was charged. Upon every attempt to speak to someone in the Chronicle subscriber department, the call was repeatedly dropped. I wan the full reimbursement of my money not at other's discretion to settle this issue.
