1 year agoTried to buy a solar hot water heater but changed my mind when two things happened . The vendor tried to charge frieght after I thought I had bought the unit , this was never mention early , nor when buying the unit . I was led to beleive it was ready to ship when in fact he had no product but ordering from the vendor with a 2 to 3 week delivery which was unacceptable. I have messaged him 3 times telling him that the order is canceled and I dont want the heater . He keeps replying that its not canceled . How do I cancel and have I been charged . Your english site doesnt work . I have since this time bought the exact unit thri SAR using mercadpago for less money and better delivery.
