1 year agoI cancelled my subscription and home delivery stopped immediately. but the TU received a credit card pymt of $175 on June 4 after delivery had stopped. I cannot access my account or billing history because i am no longer a subscriber. It is as if I never existed. I want to know what the $175 covered - past services or prospective services? Am i do a refund. I just called at 4Pm and they had closed for day also at 4PM! Website is useless if you are not a subscriber .There is no customer service. Will try calling again tomorrow. I subscribed to the TU for decades. So disappointed.
