My wife Susan Mendoza died on Oct. 21,2022. I am the deceased husband and have been cancelling all her magazine subscriptions. I found that her account number 1442419428 was given to her for Southern living, Country Home, and All recipes magazines. I had already canceled the other magazines. I did not subscribe to your magazine and will not pay you because you say I did. I was told that all I had to do was tell the magazine subscribers that my wife was deceased. Like another person that emailed you , you have shown the worst customer service I have ever experience. I believe that you found the the account numbe and went on saying my wife had subscribed. I am an older person, and have always subscribed to magazines for a set amount of time, and then expect it to stop. I asked for Southern Living, Real Simple, and Good Housekeeping to come for one year. They keep coming and I figure they will just stop, but they don't. I don't want it for the second year, do not understand your system, and will not pay for something I did not ask to be sent. Please cancel my subscriptions and accounts. KJ
