2 years agoI have used H and R for my tax prep for many years, but for the last two every so often my computer begins to flash off and on when I start it up with the H and R Block disabled message repeating over and over again. I cannot seem to fix it. Please let me know how to take care of this. It is certainly leaving a bad impression of your software. Thank you

4 years agoHello H&R Block! I was dissatisfied with the tax preparation process and disagreed with the results, so I was advised that I could delete my account. Once I deleted the account, I expected to receive a full refund of the tax prep and filing fees ($49+$89.99=$143.99). Please advise on how to get these fees refunded. Thanks.
