1 year agoI called to cancel my on December 13 my account was charged with 19.99 on that day. The reason for my cancelling was I was not getting any E edition papers for a number of days and prior to that it was hard to read on my laptop just not worth the effort please reverse charge I am not paying for things not received. I told that to the person I talked to but to no avail.

2 years agoI want to cancel my weekly subscription but still receive the Sunday addition. I cannot get through on the telephone to customer service after waiting, hanging up, waiting with no assistance! I have been a customer at this address for 45 years, before, a customer at my previous address for 3 years. I can no longer afford the price of the paper and definitely do not like the new updates. Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue?

2 years agoFriday, April 29th, 2022: I have been attempting to cancel my 7-day a per week subscription to the OWH and cannot get my task begun or let alone done via the telephone or internet without waiting 300+ minutes. I have enjoyed the newspaper for over 50 years of my adult life of 83 years. But, the subscription rate has become too costly. As of today, cancel my subscription. It might be listed under my wife's name of Connie Banks. My name is John E. Banks. Please, respond to my request!!
