1 year agoI called to cancel my on December 13 my account was charged with 19.99 on that day. The reason for my cancelling was I was not getting any E edition papers for a number of days and prior to that it was hard to read on my laptop just not worth the effort please reverse charge I am not paying for things not received. I told that to the person I talked to but to no avail.

2 years agoI want to cancel my weekly subscription but still receive the Sunday addition. I cannot get through on the telephone to customer service after waiting, hanging up, waiting with no assistance! I have been a customer at this address for 45 years, before, a customer at my previous address for 3 years. I can no longer afford the price of the paper and definitely do not like the new updates. Can someone PLEASE help me with this issue?

2 years agoFriday, April 29th, 2022: I have been attempting to cancel my 7-day a per week subscription to the OWH and cannot get my task begun or let alone done via the telephone or internet without waiting 300+ minutes. I have enjoyed the newspaper for over 50 years of my adult life of 83 years. But, the subscription rate has become too costly. As of today, cancel my subscription.
