1 year agoUnable to get a refund on two tickets today at 4:30 at the Grove. The order number is #686395604. I have been trying for two hours on the AMC site. I request a refund and the computer skips to a screen with no refund information. I am extremely frustrated. We are stubs members #1101000477650754. Please credit our A/E account. Thank you
