- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like InfoScout to delete all your data it holds. InfoScout must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that InfoScout deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Receipt Hog: Shopping Rewards until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Receipt Hog: Shopping Rewards app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Receipt Hog: Shopping Rewards, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoThe app won’t let me sign up or Sidney in using my CORRECT email & CORRECT password. Keeps telling me they aren’t correct when I know they are! Worse app to try to get into!!

3 years agoI am wanting to delete my target account and Starbucks bc when I tried to connect them I accidentally put the wrong email in and when it has stated that it's still waiting to connect for over 3 weeks that I need to delete them and re download w the correct emails this time and they should connect right away just like some of my others I connected using the correct email the first time. I hv Google how to and it only brings up different ways on how to disconnect the whole account off the phone. I don't want to disconnect my account bc I enjoy using receipt hog and it is one of my favorite receipt apps and have even deleted others bc I like receipt hog alot better. I hope and wld really appreciate an email bk on how I can go in and delete the accounts that won't connect and reconnect them using the correct email this time and I can then start receiving credit for going to those stores. There is one I go to almost every single day and I miss out on credit for all those receipts.
