9 months agoI have no way to access my account. After a factory reset I lost your app. Upon reinstalling it I find that I do not have access to a cloud, I cannot recover my account, I have no clue what password is and cannot even find an option to change my password. I don't even remember the email address I used! I just want to cancel so this does not renew again. I had forgotten all about Snorelab until the charge popped up on my credit card recently. Please help me get out of this subscription!

3 years agoI want to delete my subscription and it will not allow me to do so! I tried going to my PayPal account to delete and it doesn’t show up on there as it charges through my Appleid account. I would like to cancel this app as it keeps charging me and I don’t even have the app on my phone anymore. Please advise how to do this b/c I thought when I deleted the app it did so. The option isn’t even available in the subscription part of my phone, it only gives the option to pay the subscription fee. Kinda like entrapment!
