3 years agoI am having great difficulty canceling my online subscription. I called, was put on hold, spoke to a person, transferred to another person. and hung upon. I should be able to do this online sense. I mean I was able to start my subscription online. The reason they make us call and jump through so many hoops. Can't be done to simply keep us paying for something we don't want anymore
