2 years agoI ask to start dilivery of your paper, Received it today in the MAIL,Not what I wanted. No one explained that it would not be delivered by a carrier, but by the US postal system. I am offended, I want my subscription CANCELED. today, I dont want to read the paper at noon !

2 years agoYes there has been an on going charge for the muncie star press on my account. That I didn't ok to be taken .I had told them over a year ago to cancel and didn't ok this charge .thought it was taken care of but I got a message from my Capitol one bank saying the paymenti made came back cause I had no money in account. Well as I look cause I put money in my account to cover the credit card payment and there a dollar in there and a charge from muncie star press. Iam beside my self now I got more charges money i dont have and money taken out that wasn't ok . As I got looking there are 14 charges of 9.99that should not have been on there. So I need this stupid account closed and my all my money put back on my card. But I can't seem to get anyone to help me .expect giving me the run around and saying there can't find no accout .
