1 year agoI spent hours to select and cancel pics from Amazon photos. They are always back. I have selected only manual upload but it doesn't work. Can you helpme?

3 years agoI put all my photos on Amazon Prime Photos. I then spent hours deleting all unwanted photos and duplicates. The next time I load the program all the deleted photos are there again. I deleted about 7000 photos after hours of work and now they are right back. I would delete the program and all my photos but can't seem to find a way to do that either. Do you have a help department that can explain how to make deletions that stay deleted or how to get out of this app.
