Cancel JPEG Convert Subscription

Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of JPEG Convert is Viet Ho Duc and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Viet Ho Duc to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:

3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

🌐 Cancel directly via JPEG Convert

1. 🌍 Contact JPEG Convert Support


2. Mail JPEG Convert requesting that they cancel your account:
   1. E-Mail: android@icecoldapps.com
3. Login to your JPEG Convert account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End JPEG Convert subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click JPEG Convert (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on JPEG Convert - HEIC to JPG
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel JPEG Convert on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "JPEG Convert" or "Viet Ho Duc" to cancel.
