A few things to note and do before cancelling:

  1. The developer of RF Control is Claus Menke and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Cancelling a subscription during a free trial may result in losing a free trial account.
  3. You must always cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.


     

How to Cancel RF Control Subscription on iPhone or iPad:


  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the RF Control (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

How to Cancel RF Control Subscription on Android Device:


  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on RF Control (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".

  2. Visit RF Control website: Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

  1. Login to www.paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".
  3. Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "RF Control" or "Claus Menke" to cancel.

1. For Sennheiser 2000 series and evolution wireless G3 devices Firmware 1.7.0 or higher needs to be present on the receivers to support the remote control protocol.

3. RF Control remotely controls up to 24 channels of Sennheiser* and Shure* wireless receivers in one application, side-by-side.

4. Dedicated screens have been carefully developed to give you control to parameters that are relevant in a live situation while securing access to the ones that might be harmful to the safety of the system.

5. The scan window allows you to use one of the recognized Sennheiser devices to scan the RF environment.

6. During start up RF Control will scan your network for connected devices.

7. The full screen plot window of the iPad version allows to scroll through the recorded RF and audio levels to look up for problems and drop-outs even after hours of recording.

8. With the additional ScanPacks the scan data can be stored as *.csv file and uploaded to your personal Dropbox or sent as attachment via email.

9. The device list allows access to all devices in the network and selection of 24 devices for monitoring.

10. Sennheiser: EM 3732*, 2000* series and evolution G3 and G4* wireless receivers.

11. The intuitive user interface provides a quick overview of the most vital parameters of your wireless receivers.

12. A plot of the RF and AF levels is displayed over time, making it the perfect companion for walk tests and spotting dropouts in your audio.
