1 year agoI downloaded this app on my iphone because I thought it would be something I could use for my job. I missed the end of the free trial and was charged $108.59. Most apps that charge only charge a monthly fee, not the entire yearly fee. I decided I do not want this app and I contacted Onx Hunt to get at least a partial refund. I was told to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and was told they couldn't do anything. I tried contacting the Onx Hunt again and have never received a response.

2 years agoI want to cancel further renewal subscriptions to onX. I do not find the site useful at all.

3 years agoAlso very frustrated, your app is giving me the run around on canceling my yearly auto renewal. If I dont get a relpy from Onxhunt real soon I will be filing complaints. Another scam when it comes to canceling. You lost my business for good. And I will be posting this upsetting info on your failure to provide proper cancelations. And urging potential Onxhunt customers from using your app.

3 years agoi was charged $29.99 on sept 25th but cancelled the same day i signed up. i should get a refund but have not found a way to talk to anyone and the charge shows up on my bank statement. i would like my money back and should not be charged for anything. how do i get it back?

4 years agoI have tried to contact ONX several times and only get the canned answers to my problem. I am getting VERRRRRRY frustrated! I need to talk to a human being. I am trying to cancel my monthly subscription for Pennsylvania while keeping my yearly subscription for Ohio. ONX will not connect to my I-phone App Store. I have no issues connecting to the App Store outside of ONX, so, I know the problem is with ONX. Please notify me that my monthly subscription has been cancelled.
