Things to note before removing FlashAlert:
- The developer of FlashAlert is Solid Technology and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Solid Technology to delete all your data it holds. Solid Technology must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Solid Technology deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold FlashAlert until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the FlashAlert app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose FlashAlert, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The FlashAlert Messenger app allows members of the public to receive news from the organizations they choose.
2. Each year, we ask all Messenger public subscribers to log into and out of their account to keep it current.
3. They receive the news via that subscribed email address or through push notifications in the app.
4. The public creates an account using their email.
5. They choose the orgs they wish to hear from.
6. No other information is needed.
