I am trying to cancel my total AdBlock, it was set up by mistake, and the add-ons, which I thought were all included in the first price, were added on each time I expected to spend about £40, not around £100, so can you cancel my subscription, and refund my money, i am finding so complex in the way to do it, you make it very hard to understand.

I have been charged 119.00 on my Mastercard thru PayPal for auto renew. I request that be credited back to my account. I did not authorize renewal. Also this is a fraudulent company. I did not have any ads blocked. Cancel this and repay my account.

I received emails saying ADBLOCK HAS EXPIRED. I have been charged for the past two months $9.95 ea on my Visa Card ending with 9263. I will inform Chase to stop Adblock. Please refund the two months to my Credit Card. Please confirm this request by email. John Larry Baker

I purchased adblock for $39.00, charged to me American Express. I downloaded the app but became extremely frustrated with all the additional stuff to turn on, which I did not understand any of it. So, I just accept AdBlock main option. I can't tell if it's working or not, because a popup ad I wanted to stop keeps popping up on my homepage. I just want to cancel my membership. Why can you not just give you customers what they want a single app that stops ads rather than, here are 4 or 5 additional things you'll want to authorize. Please just cancel my subscription.

I was advised by your advisor Paul Gaston on 17th November that my monthly subscription of £9.95 would be cancelled as I was already paying a yearly subscription of £145 for the same service however my credit card statement for December shows the payment being taken on the 22nd December. I thought this was a free app, but I have two charges on my bank statement. Both dated 08/25/23. One is for $39.35 for "Total Adblock Fareham", and the other is for $29.26 for "totaladblock.c Denmead. I prefer to have a refund of both these amounts and cancel any subscriptions I have with you. it is digesting and ironic that i have never subscribed to any form of adblock yet it shows up on my computer every few minutes blocking my view while advertising . ADBLOCK is far and above the most aggravating of all ads of any business that show up on line, yet ADBLOCK exists to get rid of almost all aggravating advertisements! I havent been able to learn how to cancel ADBLOCK from harassing me! i see no way to unsubscribe from these popup ads. it appears that only people who have already subscribed as a paying customer to it are able to cancel it from bothering them constantly.

I did not authorize this purchase and I want an immediate credit for this purchase in its entirety back on my credit card . I am a old senior citizen and in trying to try AdBlock for 1.99 my phone froze up. i tried to delete and many other ways as I am new to this whole cellphone thing, and nothing happened, so I shut it down.
