3 years agoI made a mistake when I signed up for Peak. The app didn’t seem to be working so I tried it again. I was charged for 2 accounts. (Billed on 7/09/21 and 7/12/21 for 34.95 each). I would like to cancel one account, the one from 7/12/21. When I tried to upgrade I received the message that I did not have any accounts. I love what I’ve seen of Peak Hope we can get this resolved.

1. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
2. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
