2 years agoIt makes it sneaky when you automatically accept a renewal for subscription, I had no clue I started a free trial better yet download the app, I would like my $99.00 refunded asap

3 years agoI canceled Jumbo several months ago. However, it continues to run and scan every day. How can I completely stop it from running? I have followed all the instructions on how to cancel the subscription and did cancel it. I just can’t stop it from scanning. I have both an iPad and an iPhone. Thank you in advance.

3 years agoMy daughter initiated the trial period, using my phone/account. She made me aware. Problem she decided to cancel. The subscription did not appear on my phone but 99.00 was taken from my account 2/26/2021 .. please terminate this and please return my 99.00?

3 years agoI am still attempting to get charged for a jumbo pro subscription that cannot be found in the subscription location of my Apple ID on my phone. I will attempt with my MacBook Pro tonight to cancel my subscription through the methods described above but I will still need someone contacting me making sure my subscription is canceled cause I cannot afford $99.99 of a monthly subscription. I didn’t even know people sold digital protection and security for that much. Please let me know what can be done about this. Jonathan Malatesta

3 years agoI tried this for free on the 7of this month and cancelled by the 8th yet I see an attempt at deducting the sum of $99,99 from my Apple Card fortunately there was insufficient and no deduction seem to be made , however I am unaware if there was a deduction from my bank where no information is updated during the weekend please ensure that no deduction is made as I cancelled that purchase kindly advise me immediately and ensure no further attempts are made as I cancelled this before the free period ended on today 13 Feb 2021
