Trying to send money to my son, Troy Bumgarner # 0055991, all day on the new Trust Fund support site. The site doesn't work. No matter what I do. When I do to a page, it signs me out. It will not let me delete the phone number I mistakenly entered, my home phone number, 828-396-5938. It is asking me to add money to the phone. I would like to delete this phone number, then maybe I can enter money for the Trust Fund account I want to set up. This system was put in place before it was ready in my opinion, while JPay was working fine, and simple to use. This site is not ready for use, I think.

I am so stressed with this service. I cannot create an account cause I don't have funds in my bank account yet there is nothing stating what I am being charged, can't find the facility my brother is at and yet I get calls from you stating I need to set up an account. I am over all of this.........make it easier to do this crap!!!! Customer Service has been helpful to direct you to the website but that's about it. Could someone contact me and please help!!!!!

Will all of my messages be deleted once I remove/block an inmate?

every time a video visit is attempted it does not go thru also when I try to view my account it says error. I spend a lot of money using your services when they work so why is there always an issue? Someone please fix this

I Have not been able to use my connect net work for over three months. I have called multiple times and we have changed my password at least 12 times and I still cannot get in. I have sent emails to the tech company group with no response I am totally frustrated because I cannot get into my account. They have verified my name my address my email everything that’s in the account but I still can’t get in by changing passwords. I’m about ready to call the Better Business Bureau

I just purchased the u limited plan from Got and I have been trying to cancel for 30.mins.this is really bad to have to go threw th8s mess now I have missed called from my son.all I want from y'all.is a confirmation number petty. Trying to login and have been struggling 24hrs. Issues such as phone number unable to be verified. Today I tried to get on so I can check an inmate's pin debit and it won't let me do anything it says set up and add number. However, when I click it says my number already exists I have no option to start over my profile is just basics for editing.very frustrating considering theres so many different sources of communication and funds having to set it up is such a hassle although I know convenient later.
