I want to cancel this account, and request refund. I never agreed to a monthly subscription. I saw this ad through Facebook. Have been charged monthly since January 2024. Went to Just Answered, (Charged $55.00 another issue!), did not subscribe through Apple or Google, cannot find where to cancel. Please verify this subscription is now cancelled and also my account has been refunded.

I want my money back and I want to cancel my subscription. Your app is a dumpster fire. I've had it stop, restart at the beginning when I was almost at the end of a workout. If you touch the screen wrong it reverses and starts a section you already completed. I have to hold my hand in an awkward position until it almost cramps so the app doesn't pause.

I no longer want the app and want to make sure I do not get charged after 3 months. I read that I will automatically be charged in 3 months.
