- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Goto Paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "2FA" or "Kesava Jawaharlal" to cancel.
