Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoI like using Here We Go as it have been more reliable then some other Navigation Apps. I like the ability to use the App Off-Line while traveling. When I got a new phone I download Here We Go Beta on my Samsung S22 Ultra. I believe that both are updated to the latest versions. I have North & South America Maps downloaded on my phone. I tried to update the existing maps and got "Something went wrong. Please try again". I tried to update the maps several times on many different days and still unsuccessful. I will be traveling and would like to use the App Off-Line. I tried to download the Africa Map and got the message "Something went wrong. Please try again". I tried to delete the South America Map from he App but nothing seems to happen. It just goes back to the Download Maps screen. I read on-line that someone uninstalled the App but the Maps did not get removed. The App seems to be working properly as I can use it to navigate off line. 1. What do I need to do to delete existing Maps on my phone? 2. What do I need to do to download new Maps to my phone? Thanks Michael Chang
