3 years agoI have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now but I keep getting charged when I am not using the app anyumore! I tried contacting customer support on salams app and they told me there is nothing they can do as it is done through googleplay. I googled how to cancel subscription and went to my account on google play, clicked on payments and subscriptions, then subscriptions, as stated at the top of this page, but there were no subscriptions on my account. So, I'm not sure how come I'm still getting charged! I asked salams customer support for a refund for the charges and they have declined to refund me stating that all charges are non-refundable. I tried googling whom to contact on google play or how but have not been able to find an email or contact number. Please someone advise I do not want to keep getting ripped off on a monthly basis!
