- Mail MYLAPS Speedhive requesting that they cancel your account:
- E-Mail: info@mylaps.com
- Login to your MYLAPS Speedhive account.
- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
End MYLAPS Speedhive subscription on iPhone/iPad:
- Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
- Click MYLAPS Speedhive (subscription) » Cancel
Cancel subscription on Android:
- Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
- Click on MYLAPS Speedhive
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Goto Paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
- Click on "MYLAPS Speedhive" or "MYLAPS Sports Timing" to cancel.
Subscription Costs (Saved) 💰
The MYLAPS Speedhive app offers a free version with limited features. However, users can upgrade to a premium subscription to access additional features. The subscription tiers and pricing are as follows:
- Speedhive Pro: $4.99/month or $49.99/year
This subscription includes access to live timing, lap analysis, and personalized event results. Users can also compare their lap times with other racers in one graph and analyze where they won and lost compared to their opponents.
- Speedhive Premium: $9.99/month or $99.99/year
This subscription includes all the features of Speedhive Pro, as well as the ability to connect to their personal MYLAPS account, view the history of all their personal event results, and manage their registered MYLAPS transponders and subscriptions. Users can also see detailed product information of their transponders.
Please note that all events that have been uploaded to mylaps.com are available in the app, and uploading results and distribution of live results is free of charge. Live Timing is only available if the event or track supports MYLAPS Live Timing.

3 years agoHello, some years ago, we’ve bought a second hand mylaps transponder, the problem is that we don’t remember the previous owner's name or e-mail address and we can’t find a way to associate it to our mylaps account.. is there a way to do this ? Thanks
