3 years agoI am trying to cancel my subscription. I emailed before and have not received a response. It's been almost a week. I am starting to think that this is a scam. Most websites have a department to handle subscriptions/memberships. This is ridiculous. I hate that I signed up.

3 years agoThis app is crap. Itās not really free to use. You have to pay if you want the app to actually function. On top of that, the only people contacting me (and I mean by the dozens) are scam sugar daddies who have copied and pasted the same message from ādifferentā accounts. There has not been a single genuine person on this app so I donāt know what kind of verification/security or lack thereof really. Really itās like anyone is allowed on this app and no one safe. I canāt even figure out how to delete my account. There is no āhelpā menu. No āfaqā menu. The button that says āenter your email and the click to contact usā does not work. Iāve tried several times and it acts like I havenāt even clicked it. This app is not worth the time. The people who created it clearly didnāt know what they were doing or just didnāt care.

3 years agoI have a Bustr app account and tried to select logout but the directly above the logout button is restore purchase which I definitely did not want to do. If didnāt ask for confirmation of purchase and I really would like a refund and actually logout of the account as I originally attempted. Please get back to me ASAP
