Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Jamzone - Sing & Play Along until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Jamzone - Sing & Play Along app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Jamzone - Sing & Play Along, » then click "Uninstall".

7 months agoMy account is not working after I reset my password. Symptoms: Will not connect to wifi on multiple devices I get a pop up when it launches (BAD TOKEN AUTHENTICATION) My birthday year is wrong on on one of my two devices. When I tried to correct it I got the pop up again. I signed out and now I can't sign back in. It has returned to the trial mode but still will not connect to wifi.
