9 months agoI am extremely disappointed in this dating site. After trying to cancel my subscription it indicated that I would still be billed for three additional payments and it would be active until August 2024. I do not want to continue this service and should not be billed for it. The number of singles is misrepresented. If people aren’t paying for the subscriptions or add ons there is no communication. The navigation is horrible. I simply want to discontinue this service at no additional cost or charge to my card. I should have the right to end a subscription that I do not want to use as it is not a good site. Please assist me in this as I am definitely Ann unhappy customer.
