2 years agoI accidentally entered the wrong email address and was too late to change it as my purchase was processing. As it was processing, my internet kept going off and on and than the website rebooted and I was at a page that said internal server error but when I checked my bank account, it said my ticket was pending meaning it went thru. How do I get a confirmation email? I clicked guest but still had to put an email which I entered wrong. Help please!

3 years agoOn 5/6/2021, I purchased 2 tickets on Go Fan to regional Division ll A high school baseball regional tournament game on Friday, 5/6/2021 Donelson Christian Academy vs Columbia Academy hosted by Donelson Christian Academy. At same time, I purchased 2 more tickets for Saturday, 5/8/2021 (same 2 teams) because it was listed on Go Fan. Tonight, I found out that these 2 teams are not playing on Saturday. Due to some mis information on Go Fan, I spent $16.70 for tickets to a game that will not happen. I am requesting a credit to my credit card of $16.70. My order number was 8718441. Total charge was $33.40.
